KINETIX KREATIVES

A small team of creative professionals, Kinetix Kreatives, now located in their new office. The office elevates an old warehouse, using the large space to create a beautiful open concept area that is completely unrecognizable from the space before it's renovations.

By adding reinforced primary walls, the space was able to be opened up minimizing the columns that occupied the space prior. Keeping the heritage of the space's history, the beams and concrete floor are left on display as a main feature of the space.

The space is perfect for the needs of a small creative team, allowing dedicated breakout spaces, ample natural lighting, and a roof top green space.
