Hey, my
name is Cameron.
I'm an architectural engineering student at the University of Waterloo.
I'm from Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, and I am a fourth-year Architectural Engineering student at the University of Waterloo.
Throughout my academic and professional career, I have gained experience in building science, structural engineering, and architectural integration. In my work, I use computer modelling, various software, and graphical representations to create, analyze and efficiently explain complex ideas in simple ways.
Immersing myself in these fields has allowed me to gain a significant understanding into the fundamental concepts of why structures are the way they are; from how we use architecture to create visual interest to how we engineer our buildings to keep elements out and withstand loads.

Co-op + Internships Opportunities
The University of Waterloo's Architectural Engineering program promotes students to become involved with in real-world applications of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry through its established co-operative education program. Throughout my degree, I have the opportunity to participate in six 4-month co-op terms to develop my skills within the industry, network, and further explore my interests at a professional level.
